DEEP-SEA
Atos will lead the work package “System-level programming” and be responsible for MSA-driven extensions to system-wide programming. From a technical point of view, Atos will contribute to the overall concept and technical designs as a) leader of the message passing at cluster level and, b) contributor in application & system modelling and at node level. In addition to be leader of the exploitation activities inside of the task “Innovation and exploitation”, Atos will also contribute to work package “Dissemination and Exploitation” with regard to communication, dissemination and standardisation by working with the MPI standard organisation to promote the relevant outcomes of the project and by redacting scientific articles for publication to promote the outcomes of the project to the scientific community as well as the HPC users. Finally, Atos will help in benchmarking activities with FZJ.
